Refund policy
You can send back your purchase to us within 28 days of receipt to receive a full refund.
Items must be returned new, unused and with all garment tags or labels still attached.
It is our policy to return goods to sender if we suspect that they have been used or worn, damaged or soiled in any way, or smell of smoke or any other odour.
For reasons of hygiene we cannot offer a refund or exchange on the following categories of products:
Underwear
Grooming Products
Hats and headwear.
Fragrances
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under law relating to faulty or misdescribed products and your right to cancel orders under consumer protection laws.
Every order we dispatch contains an order confirmation containing details of your order, our contact details and the address to which returns should be sent. Please include this sheet, or a copy thereof, as we need the details contained on the order confirmation to process your return.
Returning Items from the Republic of Ireland:
You can return your item(s) in-store at Galvin Tullamore. Refunds processed in-store should reach your bank account in 5-7 working days.
Otherwise, to return an item(s) to us:
Please include the order confirmation in the parcel. Cut out the return address from the order confirmation, and attach it to the outside of the package to be returned.
You can drop your parcel off at your local An Post office drop-off point for a fee of €XXX, or book for the parcel to be collected from your home for a fee of €XXX.
Returning Items from outside of the Republic of Ireland:
Please include the order confirmation in the parcel, cut out the return address from the order confirmation, and attach it to the outside of the return package. Bring to your nearest post office or courier depot. They will provide you with a quote to return your parcel to us. We highly recommend registering the return so that you have proof of postage and can track the status of your return. We do not accept liability for goods returned by post/courier.
Please be aware that If you are ordering for delivery to the UK (excluding NI) that with Brexit you may see some changes. Any returns from the UK (excluding NI) may incur costs including transport costs, as well as any associated import fees or customs where applicable. These costs will be payable by the person returning the goods. When your return package has been received, your refund will be issued and funds should reach your bank within 5-7 working days.
